Lead and scale the KingCaller AI sales team. You'll generate pipeline, close deals, recruit and manage a team of closers, and drive revenue targets for an AI product that's reshaping how businesses sell.
- + Generate pipeline and close high-ticket deals yourself
- + Recruit, onboard, and coach SDRs and Account Executives
- + Own team revenue targets and pipeline metrics
- + Build and refine the sales playbook and scripts
- + Run team meetings, call reviews, and performance coaching
- + Uncapped earnings — base + override on team revenue
- + Full remote — work from anywhere
What We Look For
- ● 2+ years managing or leading a sales team
